Watermelon and lime
Both go on first, cold, so the colour reaches the centre.
Cane sugar, not stirred
Added on top so it dissolves slowly instead of sinking.
Yukello hands it over
Our team finishes the nonalcoholic bowl and passes it to the approved licensed partner at a controlled point. That is where our involvement ends.
The partner pours — or doesn't
The licensed partner checks ID, measures and adds the spirit, refuses service where required, and invoices alcohol separately. Or the bowl stays zero-proof.
The zero-proof version is not a consolation.
The bowl is identical right up to the final step. Same snow, same
watermelon, same lime, same cane sugar, same glassware-free
presentation — the only difference is whether the licensed partner
adds a pour at the end. At a wedding or any mixed-age room, nobody
is left holding a lesser dessert, and nobody has to announce which
one they are drinking.
