What Yukello collects—and why.
Yukello is coming soon to West Springfield. We collect only the information you choose to send through an event inquiry or opening-alert form.
Event inquiries
We use your event details and contact information to evaluate availability, travel, access, staffing, permits and service needs, and to reply to you. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a contract.
Opening alerts
We use the email address you submit to send the Yukello updates you requested. You may ask to be removed at any time.
Where submissions go
Forms are processed by our website host, Netlify, and routed privately to the Yukello operator. We do not sell form information. We do not publish it.
Analytics and device effects
The site may use privacy-respecting aggregate traffic measurements. The visual atmosphere runs on your device and does not identify you. Reduced-motion and data-saving preferences are respected.
Retention and questions
Inquiry information is retained only as long as needed for follow-up, legitimate business records and legal obligations. To ask about or delete a submission, use the Yukello contact form and mention “privacy request.”
